THE ReNeW PROCESS

HOW DOES ReNeW WORK?

STEP 1     OfficeWare evaluates your needs and recommends the right ReNeW system.
                  Speed  ranges from 13-105 pages per minute and features include: copy, fax, print,
                  scan and color.

STEP 2     This system is made available on a 24-month ReNeW Total Care Equipment Usage
                 Agreement. This program provides a significant cost savings, full service and supplies
                 included, and is backed by our Total Care Promise, making it virtually worry-free.

STEP 3     At the end of the 24-month term, you have choices:
                 * Keep your system for an additional 12 months and reduce your monthly payment 
                    by 10%
                 * Sign a new 24-month agreement and we will bring you a new ReNeW system
                 * Return the system to OfficeWare
