Customer Care Cards
To help OfficeWare reach its goal of 100% customer satisfaction, our customer service representatives (CSRs) distribute a Customer Care Card after every service or maintenance call.

Your CSR will use this card to review the steps performed and any repairs made.
The Customer Care Card also contains a postage-paid reply card with a  survey where you can rate your level of satisfaction with the service rendered.  Any “fair” or “poor” ratings are assigned to OfficeWare’s Customer Vision Manager for immediate follow-up and resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
 
2006 Care Card Results
OfficeWare's 2006 care card return showed strong results. Based upon 17,227 service calls OfficeWare received a 55% response rate with 99.6% coming back "excellent" or "good".
