Back office computer systems have traditionally used proprietary print languages requiring expensive data-center printers. Our Print Stream conversion technologies convert virtually any print language to common PCL or Post Script formats. This means that complex print streams can be routed to common formats on printers that are less expensive to acquire and operate.

What it Does

The technology works without modifying your legacy system. You print just like you always have. The only difference is that the print stream is routed to a server instead of a printer. The server then reformats the data and directs it to any printer that you designate on your network.

Layout Conversion

Where appropriate, we can modify the layout of documents to fit on cut sheet paper. This is particularly useful for applications where companies want to replace line printers and wide, green bar paper.

Central Control

A management console gives you central control of all your data-center printing. Jobs can be paused, scheduled to print later, or routed to multiple printers across your organization.

Electronic Archive

Print jobs can also be archived to electronic format. While they are printing, the system can create a PDF file. This can be sent to an Electronic Document Management System archive, where information can later be searched and retrieved.

High-Speed Devices

We provide a suite of high-speed devices that print on cut-sheet paper at speeds of up to 100 pages per minute.
