 At OfficeWare, we believe protecting the environment is imperative. With this in mind, we have partnered with a certified, Kentucky-based recycling company so our customers are able to use OfficeWare to recycle any toner cartridges regardless of the manufacturer or model. Simply send the empty cartridges back to OfficeWare and we will take it from there.
OfficeWare is also aligned with manufacturing partners that are good corporate citizens and share our obligation to protect and preserve our planet. |
OFFICEWARE HAS ADOPTED A ZERO LANDFILL STRATEGY FOR ALL ITEMS WE PROVIDE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
 Equipment returned to OfficeWare will either be reconditioned and sold for additional use, sold to a wholesaler for use in other countries, or recycled for plastic and metal.
Toner cartridges shipped to our customers include instructions for return of the empty cartridges to OfficeWare for recycling.
Supplies are shipped using environmentally friendly packing material and customers are encouraged to ship the empty cartridges back in the same box they were received so the box can be recycled. |

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
* Install the new toner cartridge in your device per the manufacturer instructions.
* Save the used cartridges and place them in a box. We recommend using a box from an empty case of paper or the box in which the new toner was shipped.
* When the box is full, fold the packing list so that the OfficeWare return address is showing and attach it to the box.

* Send the box of empty cartridges back to OfficeWare using your preferred shipping method.
* OfficeWare will then ship the empty cartridges back to our certified recycling center.
Please make sure to remove any other labels from the box before shipping especially labels with a bar code or address on them.
